- Your received a lot in the past and you’d like to pay it forward
- You’d like to continue carrying on the scout’s mindset
- You can make time to serve and give back to the community
- You like kids and would like to contribute to their personal growth
- You’d like to help kids become every day saints
- You’d like to share a team experience with the Leaders’ Council
- You’ve never went through Baden-Powell’s method, but would love to experience it
- You like to play, sing, dance, run, camp, etc…
- You like to plan, orchestrate, share, etc…
- A Group Chief will support you to become an effective leader
Personal commitment
- Adhere to F.N.E.’s education programs and pedagogy
- Commit to a year at a minimum, and be involved in outings planning and leading
- Follow instructions given by the Group Chief and Unit’s Chiefs faithfully
- Continue personal development and growth to be dependable
